toys!!!

Well, it's charging now and I so want to play.  What is it you ask?  Why, it's my new digital camera, of course.  I just recieved my new Canon PowerShot SD700 6mp digital camera.  I love Canon (my dad had one).  This is my third one, second digital.  I still use the 35mm on occassion, but the digital I tend to keep handy (like in my purse for pics at work).  Actually, it's my third digital, the first one I lost at BWI airport on my way to Vegas.
This one is soooo little!!!!  And so light!  I think I'm in love *sigh*  I think I'll make a little felted case for it (yea, knitting project!!)
Can't wait to take pictures with it.  And now I have just two hours to wait while the battery charges, and then I can go out and hit the yarn shop.  I want to make a sweater for someone, probably my neice again, and maybe the nephew.   
I finally called Springwater and no needles yet.  Last time I special order from them.  It's just a set of dpns in size 17.  It's not like I asked them to be hand carved and embedded with gems.  That would have taken less time.  It's been 2 months!!!!!  I have already finished the project I wanted them for.  I wonder if I can get my money back?
